Keep Showing Up

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:23

Work is where a man finds out what he is actually made of.

Not in the moments of inspiration or the days when everything is clicking.

In the deadlines that stack up, the pressure that does not let up, and the mornings where the only reason he shows up is because showing up is who he has decided to be.

That is where grit gets built.

That is where character gets proven.

God does not promise the work will be easy.

He promises strength for the day and purpose in the grind.

Those are very different things and the man who understands that difference stops waiting to feel motivated and starts moving out of something deeper.

Endurance is not glamorous.

It does not make highlight reels.

It is built in the early mornings nobody sees, the honest effort nobody applauds, and the faithfulness that remains long after the motivation has left the building.

And that is exactly where God meets a man.

Not just in worship or rest but in the work itself.

Every task is an opportunity to reflect something.

The diligence you bring to the small things.

The discipline you maintain when no one is checking.

The excellence you choose not because someone will notice but because it is who you are.

All of it is worship when it is done for the right reasons.

The shift that changes everything is this.

Stop working for your identity and start working from it.

You are already a son of the King.

You are not grinding to prove something.

You are showing up because it is what men like you do. Keep showing up.
